Private Road Construction
A durable private road must follow the contours of the terrain while managing water flow. Its alignment, gradients, ditches, culverts, existing soil conditions, and layers of materials directly influence the road’s load-bearing capacity and its behavior during freeze-thaw cycles.
JEV carries out the construction, reconstruction, and improvement of private roads by combining excavation, grading, drainage, granular materials, and compaction.

Water management is essential
Even high-quality aggregate cannot replace proper drainage. Water must be able to drain away from the surface and the layers of the road without eroding the shoulders or saturating the granular base. The appropriate method varies depending to the slope, soil type, traffic volume, and terrain configuration.

How We Work

Assessing the Site
We examine the road alignment, slopes, low points, access points, and areas where water flows naturally.

Building the Structure
Unsuitable soil is removed as needed. The road profile is shaped, and materials are placed in layers, taking into account the planned drainage.

Compacting and Finishing
Each stage is shaped and compacted to create an even, stable surface ready for its intended use.
